About Us

Our love for dogs started when we both were children. Always having a dog in our household was a pleasure. When we married and our children became teenagers, we bought our first beagle in 1987, whom we named Peaches. Peaches was a lemon and white and had an outstanding temperament. After talking with the breeder we purchased Peaches from, we decided to go to the dog shows and show Peaches to her championship. Her AKC name was Ch. Lee's Wild Peaches n' Creme.

In 1989 we purchased our male champion Ch. Wilkat's Teddy Caboose. Teddy also became a big part of our lives and after consideration we bred Teddy and Peaches for our first litter in 1989.

We have faithfully been breeding since and have bred over 25 champions, including wins at Nationals, Specialties, Westminster and Group winning wins. Breeding and showing dogs is our hobby and our love for dogs is unconditional.

While Bruce's job is in the printing trade for the past 30 years, Shirley's job is as a vet technician for the past 15 years. Bruce and Shirley also have three grandchildren, Alyssa 11 years old is showing dogs in Junior Showmanship, Damien 2 yrs old and Tyler 6 yrs old who are already learning to treat puppies and dogs with kindness.
