Ch. Meadowland Blaze of Cappuccino General Richard Rowett of Illinois was one of the first Beagle breeders in the United States. Two of his pack, Rosey and Dolly, gained fame as models of the breed. Rowett, with the help of several other Beagle fanciers, wrote the first Standard for the breed.
