Destiny was born May 8th, 1997. She has become our little Fortune as her name describes. She made her debut at the age of 4 months and became a star in the AKC video "Best Friends." It is an elementary school program about dogs and responsibility for grades K-6th. The AKC’s new children's’ mascot is Bailey the Beagle. Destiny’s part in this video involves taking a trip to the vet’s office for her checkup (which she loves to do). This is a very informative and educational video which I encourage all parents to have their children view. Destiny is now working her way into obedience and agility. We both enjoy the agility classes and Destiny loves to be around other people and dogs – she just loves to make friends!
