Alyssa's Page

Alyssa enjoys showing dogs, and has a special interest in Junior Showmanship. Alyssa's Dog, Shaws Amazing Grace of Meadows (Gracie) is Alyssa's best friend and first juniors dog. Alyssa and Gracie have a great bond, and have received many placements in tough competition.

While Gracie took time off for motherhood, our dear friends Patty, Keith, and Randy Paladino offered to share their dog Quincy for Alyssa to show in Junior Showmanship. Quincy also bonded remarkably with Alyssa, and together they received a Best Junior in Show in March 2003 (of 43 entries).

Alyssa started showing in Juniors at age 10, but has shared in the care of Meadowland Beagles from the very start. We're proud of our granddaughter's accomplishments and look forward to her continued success in the regular breed classes. We hope you enjoy a glimpse at her photo gallery!
